Harrison Murray’s lettings new business manager, Rob West.

Estate agents Harrison Murray are expanding their lettings service in and around Northampton – giving landlords an increased opportunity to tap in to their expertise and know-how.

Experienced estate agent and ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) qualified Rob West has joined the company as lettings new business manager. Rob – who has worked in the industry for 16 years – will be overseeing the lettings service to landlords and tenants using the Harrison Murray branches in Northampton Town Centre, Hunsbury and Duston. He has extensive experience in lettings management in Warwickshire and Oxfordshire, and intends to use that to build on Harrison Murray’s already thriving reputation locally.

Rob said: “We are all about offering a first class service to landlords and tenants and working with them to meet their individual requirements. We are keen to work with landlords around Northampton and explain to them how the service can be tailor-made to suit their needs. Renting out a property can be a great investment, but there are many responsibilities that come with being a landlord – including meeting safety standards, making sure the rent is paid on time and maintaining the upkeep of the property. However, landlords need not go it alone when it comes renting out their property. Using an ARLA member agent like Harrison Murray can take the hassle out of the letting process.”

Harrison Murray Lettings are longstanding members of ARLA and RICS, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and have been helping landlords since 2000.  They will tailor their service to suit the needs of landlords and offer a range of services that include; a full management service, a rent collection package and a tenant find only service.
